PEST CONTROL –
A professional approach will be offered to every type of pest infestation.
At Pest2Control, we offer a comprehensive, pest control service within London and the southeast.
INSPECTION ONLY –
We can provide a thorough, inspection-only service within the periphery of the M25 and greater London for a fee of £60. For areas outside of London and the M25, the service fee is £70. During this inspection, all areas of concern within the property/garden will be investigated and a full report will be provided to the client upon completion of the visit.
This service will be free of charge, if our recommended treatment plan is accepted during our visit. If the property possesses more than 1 pest issue then there will be a 10% reduction in the overall cost for all treatments.
TREATMENT PLANS –
All treatments consist of 3 visits to ensure the issue is fully resolved and all properties are individually priced. The schedule consists of one main visit which is paid for and two complimentary follow-up visits.

RODENT CONTROL (MICE AND RATS) –
Your property will be thoroughly inspected; the source of the issue will be identified, and an effective and efficient solution will be offered. This includes all proofing materials required to seal all entry points up to 50mm in diameter and any other control measures which might be required, such as baiting points etc.
Any external works or voids larger than 50mm in length or width will be quoted for proofing, separately.
3 MONTHS GUARANTY
RAT BLOCKER VALVE –
The Installation of a rat interceptor, one way valve into your main drainage pipe within the inspection chamber.

DEAD ANIMAL/BIRD REMOVAL is £120
BEDBUG/FLEAS EXTERMINATION –
For infestations of fleas and bedbugs, we carry out 3 visits of residual spray treatment which is child and pet friendly*. This is applied with care and due diligence within all areas and is carried out every 3 weeks.
Heat treatment is £1/sq ft, minimum charge £300
STEAM TREATMENT-
This process consists of the application of 190-degree dry steam in order to exterminate the bedbug & flea adults and eggs.
Steam treatment is charged at £200 per room and can include any rooms within a residential dwelling. There is a minimum callout charge of £300 and we advise having multiple rooms treated to mitigate the infestation
INSECT CONTROL – Including moths, spiders, flies, silverfish, cockroaches etc. Up to 3 visits of either spray or aerosol insecticide treatment, which is professionally applied to all affected areas and is carried out every other week for 4 weeks.
DISINFECTION SERVICE – This is a one-off treatment service for all areas within a property. the treatment includes fogging of the internal premises with disinfectant to prevent the spread of infection and viruses. Pests, such as mice, rats, cockroaches, flies etc, carry pathogens causing serious diseases. We can spray or fog your living or working space with disinfectant killing 99.99% of all pathogens, including Coronavirus.
The cost for this service is determined upon arrive at the property.
